Fellini Couture – Tentation W&B Hope For Emilia

“Rebuilding Lives, Restoring Hope”

Hope for Emilia, held through August 9, is a fundraising event for the victims of the recent earthquake in Emilia, Italy.  Many brands have joined in to support this charity project, donating exclusive items that are only sold on this event site with 100% of sales going to charity.

100% of the funds raised with this event will be donated to victims of the earthquake through a an official bank account opened by Emilia-Romagna region and all transactions will be public on the Hope For Emilia website.

Here, I am introducing this love gown that was released by Fellini Couture as the exclusive item.

“Fellini Couture – Tentation W&B Hope For Emilia” is a black & white mesh gown that is chic, elegant and glam!  I am also using an exclusive face tattoo released from White Widow.  This face tattoo comes in various colours and has the “without eye shadow” versions for each colour.  The one I am using here is the “with eye shadow” version.

The hat I matched in this styling is one of the new hats released recently from Bliss Couture.  Being a passionate animal lover, the bird in the hat was enough to make this one of my favorites.  Needless to say, it is stylish too!

The jewelry set is a new mesh jewelry that has just been released from Virtual Impressions.  At this store, new items are released every Saturday and group members can buy all new releases at 50% discount for the first one week period.  So this is one group worth joining if you have group slots you can open up.

BOSL RFL Sales – 2.5 More Days Left!

VoguE – Serina Mesh Gown (BOSL RFL Exclusive)

There is only three days left to buy any of the exclusive items sold with the BOSL RFL campaign.  All items are sold in the participating stores as well as the BOSL Mr. Virtual World Theater where the grand final pageant of Mr. Virtual World took place.

Each participating brand has given this event one exclusive item that will only be on sale until July 14th, 12 noon and 100% of all sales of these items will be donated to Relay For Life.

Today, I am introducing the exclusive mesh dress that was made for this charity event by Zalyn Bailey of VoguE.  This is a lovely black and white mesh gown that has sweet fused with chic.

Here I did a makeup for a print work, meaning that is good for blog or magazine pics but of course, this gown will look amazing with more realistic makeup.  I would wear this with deep red lipstick and maybe just an eye-liner…simple and chic classic makeup.

Limited Edition Items From The Ashraya Project

Many attractive limited edition items will be sold at the fashion event with the Ashraya Project, organized by Miss Virtual World 2012, Anna Sapphire.  And today, I am going to be introducing some items that will be available only during the event period.

Check out the wonderful items that will be available only during this period.  100% of the sales for these items will be donated to the Ashraya Institute in India which is an organization based in India which operates with the purpose of providing aid to Indian children in need and abused women.

Lots of Limited Christmas Edition Items at Bliss Couture!

If you are looking for that special dress or look for all your Christmas party needs during this month, Bliss Couture is a place you just cannot pass!

Designer of Bliss Couture, Amutey DeCuir, has released literally “tons” of special limited Christmas items in her store!  You will find short cocktail dresses as well as long formal gowns all designed specially for Christmas.  And not only that, she has also released a lot of special Christmas hats!  These hats will be a lovely add to any Christmas look that will be different from the usual Santa hats.

Chambre du Chocolat : Samurai In The Storm

Eshi Otawara, the renown artist whose works have been exhibited both in RL and in SL, announces her latest wearable fashion: Samurai-in-the-Storm. This will be the last limited release dress to be created under the “Chambre du Chocolat” label. Future releases will become know as the Eshi Otawara collection. This metaversal beyond haute couture dress was one of her early prim pieces of clothing creations, but was never before released, being saved for just the right timing. The dress was inspired from one of her RL paintings, which she made as her response to the destruction of hurricane Rita in 2005. From her experiences comes the courage to inspire and adorn, to delight the senses and surprise the eye; from tragedy arises beauty. All of these things come together in the designs by Eshi Otawara.

The Samurai-in-the-Storm is a rendering of a samurai spirit, and envelops the wearer in both the strength of armour (represented by the top portion of the dress) and the power of nature, as seen in the waves rising from the lower part of the dress. Raindrops caught in the wind encircle the wearer, showing the fortitude of the samurai to overcome obstacles no matter the nature of them. There is both power and softness in the dress; more a fantastical wearable art piece than what is typically seen in SL as a dress with billowy prims floating all around. This dress exudes strength from vulnerability, and will be unmistakeable to the wearer as an Eshi Otawara Original.
